1) View the items up for bid – Click on Round 1!

Note: Each Round will run for 1 week.  Open at noon on Wednesday and close at 9 a.m. the following Wednesday.

 

2) Complete & Submit the Bid Form – A FORM is Posted in each round or you may use the one below.  (Read on to learn how “maximum bids “work.)

 

3) Pick-up Items Won from the NPHS Bookstore within 2 weeks or Send Donation & have items winnings delivered through Corp Mail – cscshc employees only.

 

Maximum Bids

Because updates are only made once per day you may want to designate a maximum bid in addition to a current bid. Your maximum bid will be kept confidential. We will only increase your bid if you are outbid by someone else; your bid will only be increased by $1.00 over the new high bid; and your bid will never be increased to an amount over your maximum bid. This process is similar to proxy bidding used by E-Bay. It is designed to save you some e-mails, and keep you from getting outbid at the last minute. Remember, maximum bids are not required.  (Bids must be in $1 increments – no change!)

 

Example:

Let’s say you find a Jersey (Item #109) you really like. The current bid is $0 and you are willing to pay $4.00. You submit your bid of $1.00 and a confidential Maximum Bid of $4.00. If someone else bids $2.00 we will automatically increase your bid to $3.00. This way you don’t have to constantly check the site and you won’t  be outbid at the last minute.  Complete the form below: in the “First Item” box enter:  #109, $1,  $4……..     See the Completed Bid Form Below: it looks like Sara Smartz bid on a 2nd item too!  Item #110, minimum bid of $2, and a Maximum bid of $6!   Then, Sara the bidder clicked the SUBMIT button to Receive confirmation her bid was received!
